Many fans of the men’s game were following the Boys of Summer tournament out of Denmark Wisconsin this past weekend and hopefully they were not disappointed. Regarded as one of the better weekend tournaments many of the top ten teams were there including Patsy’s, making a splash but out hit by the Broken Bow Gremlins in the championship game. Hank de Wild and Karen Conrod kept us up to date over the weekend for which we are all thankful. One glitch Saturday night results were delayed when Karen thought that Hank was sending the later results but Hank did not have a real connection (seems an annual problem in Denmark) but Hank did his usual great follow up and sent the results to us when he got home at 3:15am our time. So we got caught up Sunday morning. We had good game by game results all day Sunday. Thanks to both Karen and to Hank for your efforts, much appreciated by fans worldwide. I wish every tournament had folks like you who make the effort.
